Ren & Jen are mums to six children aged six and under - three babes each! They are incredibly passionate about supporting mums to keep moving throughout pregnancy and return safely to exercise postpartum. Both fully qualified in pre and postnatal exercise they have been described as having the ‘go to’ at-home pregnancy workouts and postnatal fitness classes for New Zealand mums.
